A Keuka Park man faces multiple charges following a reported altercation that left property damaged and one person injured, Penn Yan Police said.

Christopher R. Castle, 31, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering, and second-degree harassment. Police allege Castle urinated on the floor of a residence before pushing another individual, causing them to fall through a sheet rock wall.

Castle was taken into custody at the scene and later released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
