UR Medicine Thompson Health has once again earned national recognition as one of the best workplaces in healthcare.
The Canandaigua-based health system was named to Becker’s Healthcare 2025 list of the “150 Top Places to Work in Healthcare,” marking the eighth time it has received the honor. The list, published annually by the Chicago-based healthcare media outlet, highlights organizations that excel in employee satisfaction, benefits, and workplace culture.
“This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and empowering workplace where our team can thrive both personally and professionally,” said Jennifer DeVault, Thompson’s vice president of associate services and wellness. “We are proud to be part of this prestigious list once again and grateful to our incredible staff who make it all possible.”
Becker’s Healthcare compiles the list based on editorial research and nominations. Organizations are not permitted to pay for consideration or placement.
Thompson was one of only four hospitals or health systems in New York State to be included in this year’s rankings.
