The Town Supervisor of Corning, Jenniffer Mullen, was arrested Tuesday on multiple criminal charges, according to WETM. Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard said Mullen faces counts of grand larceny, falsifying business records, and submitting a false document for filing.
Officials have not released further details, but Mullen was issued an appearance ticket and released pending court proceedings. The arrest follows a broader push in the region to hold public officials accountable for alleged misconduct.
