Ontario County officials are proposing safety upgrades at the dangerous County Road 32 and Hickox Road intersection, where crashes occur at over four times the state average, according to the Finger Lakes Times. Options include an all-way stop or a roundabout.
A public open house will be held June 11 to gather community input on the proposed changes. Officials say roundabouts reduce severe accidents and improve traffic flow.
Residents can view plans online or in person through June 27 and are encouraged to submit comments by mail, phone, or email to help shape the project.
