A man was arrested after allegedly stealing household items in the Town of Marion, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies arrested Drew M. Williams, 38, of State Route 31 in the Town of Arcadia, following an investigation into a larceny complaint.
The arrest followed a report that several household items had been stolen from a victim in Marion. The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said the incident was investigated by Deputy Mitchell.
Williams was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and later transported to the Wayne County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in CAPS court on June 1 at 7:00 AM. Authorities said he will face the charges in Town of Arcadia Court at a later date.
