A Marion man was arrested after deputies discovered him asleep in someone else’s bedroom without permission, according to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
Felix Fantauzzi, 60, of Chaintree Drive, was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. The arrest followed an investigation into a suspicious condition at a residence in the Town of Marion.
Deputies allege that Fantauzzi entered the home without the resident’s knowledge or consent and was later found asleep inside a bedroom. He was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and transported to the Wayne County Jail for CAPS court at 7:00 a.m. on May 27.
Fantauzzi is scheduled to appear in Town of Marion Court at a later date to answer the charge.
