A Canandaigua woman was arrested after being found on a property from which she had been previously banned.
Carrie McChesney, 35, was taken into custody on May 12 at 5:50 p.m. for Trespass following a reported disturbance at Lakeside Village Apartments on Jefferson Avenue.
During the investigation, officers discovered McChesney on the premises despite a prior ban from the property. She was placed under arrest and later released on an appearance ticket.
McChesney is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
