Tops Friendly Markets has officially partnered with DoorDash to offer on-demand grocery delivery at all 146 store locations across New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. The collaboration allows shoppers to order over 80,000 items—including fresh produce, pantry staples, household goods, and ready-to-eat meals—for same-day delivery through the DoorDash app or website.
Delivery now available at all Tops locations
The launch marks a significant step in Tops’ digital retail expansion, offering customers increased flexibility and convenience.
Through the partnership, shoppers can:
- Order from a wide selection of groceries and prepared meals
- Receive same-day delivery—often in under an hour
- Access DashPass benefits like $0 delivery fees on eligible orders
- Use digital payment options like credit cards or mobile wallets
- Earn loyalty points by linking their BonusPlus card
Tops President Ron Ferri said the move reflects the company’s commitment to meeting customer needs.
“This partnership with DoorDash builds on our promise—giving customers a fast and easy way to shop with Tops,” Ferri said. “It’s another way we’re helping families save time without compromising the service or standards they’ve come to expect.”
Launch discounts for new customers
To celebrate the launch, DoorDash is offering limited-time discounts on first-time orders from participating Tops stores, valid through June 19, 2025:
- DashPass members: 40% off orders of $55 or more (max $25 off) with code 40TOPS
- Non-members: 30% off orders of $45 or more (max $15 off) with code 30TOPS
Discounts apply to grocery and eligible alcohol orders (where permitted) and are subject to standard terms and conditions.
DoorDash expands grocery footprint
Mike Goldblatt, VP of Retail and Grocery Partnerships at DoorDash, said adding Tops further strengthens the platform’s grocery offerings.
