A Prattsburgh man faces charges after deputies found him impaired by drugs while parked on the roadside in Yates County.
Nathaniel E. Garber, 22, was arrested on May 5 after Yates County Sheriff’s deputies observed his vehicle creating a hazard along County House Road, according to a press release issued Friday evening.
Deputies approached the vehicle and found Garber showing “several signs of drug impairment.” After conducting standardized field sobriety tests, they took him into custody.
Garber was charged under Section 1192.4 for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and was issued tickets to appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date.
