Cayuga Lake Wine Trail adds new café and dining options

Spring along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail is serving up more than just wine this year. New culinary experiences and the return of beloved winery dining spots are inviting visitors to sip, savor, and linger a little longer.

Graze & Grapes Café at Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery is making its debut, offering seasonal fare Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 5:00 p.m. Montezuma Winery is also rolling out fresh options with flatbreads and light bites available Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in its newly expanded tasting room.

Trail favorites are also making their seasonal return. The Thirsty Owl Bistro reopens May 9, welcoming guests Friday through Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with bistro-style dishes and stunning lake views. Field & Vine at Knapp Winery is now open for lunch Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and for dinner on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., offering a relaxed, farm-to-table dining experience.

For those visiting Memorial Day weekend, the Taste of Soul food truck will return to Buttonwood Grove Winery, serving soulful, seasonal dishes designed to pair perfectly with favorite pours.
