A man was arrested in Auburn last week after officers responding to a fight complaint discovered he was carrying a concealed weapon.

Ryan M. Bond was taken into custody without incident on April 20 after Auburn police arrived at a residence on Grover Street around 10:23 p.m., according to a media release issued Friday. Officers were initially dispatched to investigate a reported fight at the location.

During their investigation, police found Bond in possession of red plastic knuckles equipped with a folding metal knife blade. He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a D felony.

The arrest was announced in a statement prepared by Sergeant Gonzalez of the Auburn Police Department.
