Geneva Public Library has tapped Hannah Gingrich as its new Reference and Technology librarian, aiming to boost both accessibility and innovation, according to library officials. Gingrich brings over eight years of experience across public and academic libraries, along with multilingual skills.
Originally from Potsdam, she returns to New York after years in Michigan, where she earned her MLIS and built a career rooted in community-focused library work. Her background includes proficiency in French and Spanish, enhancing service to Geneva’s diverse population.
Library leaders say Gingrich’s energy and expertise will elevate patron support and tech services. She’s set to play a key role in expanding resources and outreach efforts across the community.
