New Leadership, Familiar Charm at Hickory Hill in Steuben County

Hickory Hill Camping Resort in Steuben County is back under family management, as Alan and Andrea Lehman take the reins from Alan’s parents, who ran the park for 40 years, according to the Corning Leader. The couple left their corporate careers to return to the Finger Lakes, bringing fresh energy and upgrades to the beloved site.

The resort, which spans 200 acres with over 250 campsites, is adding new golf and pedal carts, planning a park-wide Wi-Fi upgrade, and expanding themed events. Camp favorites like bingo night and mascot “Scamper” are also making a comeback.

The Lehmans aim to preserve the park’s welcoming spirit while reconnecting with the local community and long-time visitors.
