Seneca Falls Police Seek Public’s Help Locating Man Wanted for Sentence Violation

The Seneca Falls Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating Felix C. Mcelory, 63, who is wanted for violating the conditions of his sentence after a conviction for animal abandonment.

Mcelory is described as a white male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 215 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. The department highlighted his case as part of its weekly “Warrant Wednesday” initiative.

Authorities emphasize that Mcelory’s current warrant stems from a sentence violation—not the initial conviction. Officials urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact the department at 315-568-4850. Anonymous tips may also be submitted online at https://senecafalls.com/gov/dept/police/tip.

Police caution residents not to take action on their own and to report any relevant information directly to law enforcement.
