A popular Rochester pizzeria, Ardor Park Artisanal Pizza, is eyeing a second location on Main Street in Canandaigua, bringing wood-fired, thin-crust creations to the city’s downtown.
According to MPNNow.com, Chef and owner Kody Derhak plans to transform the former Thai By Night spot into a cozy 20-seat eatery, pending final steps. The Canandaigua City Planning Commission has approved a special-use permit for the project.
Derhak, known for inventive pies like cacio e pepe and kielbasa pizza, hopes to open this year. The restaurant promises a visual, hands-on experience, drawing passersby with open kitchen views.
