Families curious about 4-H in Schuyler County will have a chance to learn more at an upcoming open house, according to the Cornell Cooperative Extension. The event is set for Saturday, April 26, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Room 120 of the Human Services Complex in Montour Falls.
Youth ages 5–18 can explore projects like crafts, esports, gardening, slime-making, and more. A hands-on cooking demo, “Cooking Matters,” runs from 2 to 2:30 p.m., featuring a rainbow-themed healthy snack.
Attendees will meet volunteers and current members while learning how 4-H fosters lifelong skills. Advance registration is encouraged to ensure enough supplies for everyone.
