A former staff member of the Lyons Central School District is under criminal investigation.
The individual, whose name has not been released, resigned and was escorted from the high school by a school resource officer. While the nature of the allegations remains undisclosed, both the district and law enforcement confirmed an investigation is ongoing.
District officials are urging anyone with concerns to contact the school’s Human Resources Department as the inquiry continues.
