Geneva seeks development proposals for grant funding

The City of Geneva is calling on local developers to submit shovel-ready project proposals by April 18 for consideration in grant programs like Restore NY 2025. Selected projects will be bundled into the city’s application for state and federal redevelopment funding.

Priority will be given to projects that promote commercial investment, improve housing, and align with Geneva’s comprehensive plan—especially in distressed areas, Empire Zones, or Brownfield Opportunity Areas.

Applicants must have site control and experience with large-scale projects. Submission details are available through the city’s Department of Planning and Economic Development.
