Mark’s Leisure Time Marine is making waves in Canandaigua with a major expansion of its service department and showroom, further cementing its place as a top-tier recreational boating dealer in the Finger Lakes region.
The company, a six-time Top 100 Dealer in North America, is constructing a state-of-the-art service center and an upgraded showroom at its 200 Eastern Boulevard location. The development comes just two years after the property’s acquisition and reflects the company’s rapid growth and commitment to customer care.
Founded in 2006 as a family-run marina on Conesus Lake, Mark’s Leisure Time Marine has grown from a modest 5,000-square-foot shop into a 27,000-square-foot operation spanning three locations. The Canandaigua expansion will give the company the ability to serve even more boating enthusiasts with a full range of services and sales.
The new service facility will support Mercury and Ilmor engine work, as well as electrical repairs and general maintenance. With this addition, Mark’s Leisure Time aims to become a one-stop destination for both new boat buyers and returning customers needing routine service or repairs.
A modern showroom will accompany the service center, showcasing the latest models from brands like Barletta, Chris Craft, and MasterCraft. Designed to enhance the buying experience, the new display space will offer visitors expert guidance and up-close looks at cutting-edge recreational boating technology.
The expansion is slated for completion in early summer, with a grand opening celebration planned for June. The company says it looks forward to welcoming the community to explore the new facilities and enjoy a more comprehensive customer experience.
