Hickey brings more than 25 years of experience in operations management and business strategy, including executive roles at The American Board of Surgery and Systems Engineering, Inc. His expertise in aligning business goals with internal systems is expected to support Agency 29’s continued expansion in the food, beverage, and agriculture sectors.
