A Chipotle Mexican Grill may soon arrive in Horseheads, as developers introduced early plans at a town planning meeting this month. The popular fast-casual chain was discussed during a pre-application conference with the Town of Horseheads Planning Committee.
Quattro Development, which owns the nearby Red Robin, proposed a standalone 2,364-square-foot building along County Route 64 with a mobile order pickup window. The site would sit between Red Robin and Mavis Discount Tire, with shared access via the Red Robin lot.
No formal building plans have been submitted yet. If approved, construction could begin later in 2025, with seating estimated for about 50 diners.
