A woman from Oswego was arrested early Thursday following a domestic incident in Seneca Falls that left one person injured.
Police say Brandy L. Smith, 33, faces multiple charges, including harassment in the second degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest occurred around 5 a.m. after officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the altercation, Smith allegedly attacked the victim, who reported minor injuries and pain.
Smith was taken into custody without further incident. She was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she is awaiting arraignment.
Authorities said an order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.
