A Canandaigua man was arrested after allegedly damaging property during an argument at a West Avenue business.

The Canandaigua Police Department took Jacob W. Bartosh, 20, into custody on February 27 at 3:26 a.m. following a disturbance report. Investigators determined that during an argument with another male, Bartosh kicked a door, damaging the door frame.

Bartosh was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and later released on an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
