A new express tunnel car wash called Real Clean is rising on Hornell Street Extension, aiming to open by late 2025, according to the Hornell Evening Tribune.
Owned by Hornell native Dustin Broderick, the site will feature hand-prepped washes, a high-tech conveyor system, free vacuums, and unlimited membership options. The project, built on a previously vacant lot, is progressing ahead of schedule and will employ 6–8 people.
A new connector road from Route 36, made possible by a partnership between Broderick, the city, and state agencies, will boost access and spur further development. Until then, drivers will reach Real Clean via Adsit Street.
