Bills announce 2025 coaching staff

The Buffalo Bills have officially set their coaching staff for the 2025 season, retaining key figures while adding new personnel to the mix. Head coach Sean McDermott returns to lead the team, with Joe Brady continuing as offensive coordinator and Bobby Babich overseeing the defense as defensive coordinator. Chris Tabor joins the staff as special teams coordinator.


The full coaching lineup includes:

  • Offense: Ronald Curry (quarterbacks), Rob Boras (tight ends), Adam Henry (wide receivers), Aaron Kromer (offensive line), Kelly Skipper (running backs), Austin Gund (assistant offensive line), DJ Mangas (offensive quality control/assistant wide receivers coach), Kyle Shurmur (offensive quality control), and Marc Lubick (passing game specialist/game management).
  • Defense: Al Holcomb (linebackers), Joe Danna (safeties), Mike Pellegrino (nickels coach), Jahmile Addae (cornerbacks), Marcus West (defensive line), Jason Rebrovich (assistant defensive line), and Christian Taylor (defensive assistant – offensive advisor).
  • Special Teams: Turner West (assistant special teams).
  • Senior and Fellowship Roles: Ryan Nielsen (senior defensive assistant), Alvin Vaughn (fellowship coach), and Amelia Wilson (assistant/offensive fellowship coach).

Additionally, Buffalo revamped their strength and conditioning staff. Will Greenberg was promoted to head strength and conditioning coach, while Barry Rubin joins as the senior strength and conditioning assistant.
