A Geneva man was taken into custody Monday on Exchange Street after officers confirmed he had an active arrest warrant related to a domestic incident.
Joshua O. Coney, 37, was arrested on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child. Police did not release details on the original incident leading to the warrant.
The arrest was carried out by Officer Richard Baskin. Authorities have not provided further information on the victim or the circumstances of the alleged offenses.
