The February 11 Victor Planning Board meeting addressed several agenda items. The board acknowledged the completion of an application for the Aldridge Road Subdivision, which proposes developing three single-family homes on a 10.29-acre parcel. A public hearing was held for a special use permit renewal requested by Scott Winseman to continue short-term rental operations at a residential property on Break of Day Road. The board also reviewed a site plan application for a 2,200-square-foot personal-use pole barn at 250 Blazey Road, submitted by James Mason. Two agenda items—the Element by Westin hotel project at Eastview Mall and the Nickoloff Subdivision—were deferred to the February 25 meeting. The session also included updates from the Town Board and Planning Board representatives.
