Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that deputies have made an arrest following an investigation into a robbery and assault in Dansville. Tabitha A. Belz, 32, of Hornell was taken into custody on February 6.
Belz is accused of forcibly stealing property, injuring another person, and possessing a weapon while acting in concert with at least two other individuals.
She faces multiple charges, including assault in the first degree, gang assault in the second degree, robbery in the first degree, criminal use of a firearm, grand larceny, and conspiracy.
Belz was arraigned in Centralized Arraignment Court and released on $5,000 bail.
