An 18-year-old Brighton man has been charged with petit larceny following a theft at the Von Maur store in Eastview Mall, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Lah’Don-Pierre Thomas Dillon was arrested around 1:17 p.m. on February 1 after deputies discovered he had stolen $180 worth of merchandise from the store, located at 300 Eastview Mall Drive in Victor.
Dillon was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at Victor Town Court on a later date to answer the charge.
Authorities did not provide further details about the incident.
