Two hearings will be held in February to discuss a wastewater feasibility study for Burdett and Hector in Schuyler County.
The study evaluates replacing private septic systems with a municipal wastewater system, factoring in costs, soil conditions, and water quality impacts on Seneca Lake.
The hearings are on February 5 at the Hector Fire Hall and February 12 at the Burdett Fire House, both starting at 6 p.m.
The study will include cost comparisons, funding opportunities, and potential user savings.
