A Burdett man was arrested on assault, criminal mischief and resisting arrest charges following a reported domestic violence incident in the town of Hector, according to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael E. Antis, 36, was charged with third-degree assault, two counts of third-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.
Deputies said the charges stemmed from a July 21 incident on La Bourgade Lane.
The Sheriff’s Office did not release additional details about what allegedly happened during the domestic incident, what property was reportedly damaged or how Antis allegedly resisted arrest.
Antis was arraigned in Schuyler County centralized arraignment court and released to appear in Hector Town Court at a later date.
