A Waterloo man faces charges following a property damage accident in the Town of Waterloo earlier this week.
Benjamin Pardee, 43, was arrested by Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies on Tuesday night around 9 p.m. after authorities determined he was driving while ability impaired by drugs. The charge is classified as an E felony.
Sheriff Tim Thompson said the arrest stemmed from an incident in which Pardee’s vehicle was involved in a property damage accident. No injuries were reported at the scene.
Pardee was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Waterloo Town Court on February 26 to answer the charges.
