A 20-year-old man was arrested Monday for allegedly stealing a truck, trailer, and UTV in separate incidents last year.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office charged Michael S. Hunt-Woodruff with two counts of grand larceny in the third degree.
Authorities allege that on or around August 14, 2024, Hunt-Woodruff stole a pickup truck from Jurex’s Repair Shop in Palmyra. He is also accused of stealing a utility trailer and a UTV from a location along the CSX right-of-way on North Wayneport Road in Macedon.
Hunt-Woodruff was arrested while in custody at the Wayne County Jail on unrelated charges. He remains in custody and is awaiting arraignment in Wayne County Centralized Arraignment Court on Monday evening.
