A man was arrested in Woodhull following an investigation into a domestic incident involving assault and strangulation. Authorities identified the suspect as 29-year-old Richard W. Wilson.
Deputies allege Wilson strangled another person and attempted to stop them from calling 911. He was charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Wilson was arraigned in court and subsequently released pending further legal proceedings.
