A woman was taken into custody after allegedly stealing merchandise from Von Maur at Eastview Mall.
Deputies arrested 18-year-old Amelia F. Nugent on June 3 after a report of shoplifting at the Town of Victor department store.
Nugent is accused of leaving the store without paying for $138 worth of items.
She was charged with larceny and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Victor Court at a later date.
