Former Livingston ADA arrested for misconduct with crime victim

  • Staff Report

A former Livingston County Assistant District Attorney, Jonathan Francisco, was arrested for official misconduct after allegations surfaced about an inappropriate relationship with a crime victim.

The victim reported the relationship to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office on December 19, leading to Francisco’s arrest on December 23. He was arraigned and released, as the charge did not qualify for bail. Francisco had already resigned from his ADA position earlier in December.

The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to contact 585-243-7100.
