Restaurateur Kevin Dombrowski is preparing to open Persnickety Pig at Star Cider in Canandaigua by late January, according to The Finger Lakes Times.

Known for ventures like The Rusty Pig in Geneva, Dombrowski plans a menu featuring smash burgers, tacos, and more, with Star Cider incorporated into recipes.

The partnership aims to elevate Star Cider’s offerings, blending its beverages with inventive dishes.

Chef Shauna Janke, formerly of Geneva Country Club, will lead the kitchen, which will undergo minor expansions to meet demand.
