Two-car crash in Waterloo leads to patient extrication and EMS response

Emergency crews responded to a two-car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of North Road and Burgess Road in Seneca County on Friday. The incident prompted a swift response from the Waterloo Fire Department and North Seneca Ambulance crews.

According to updates from Cayuga/Seneca Fire Wire, emergency units, including North Seneca Ambulance A3 and A4, arrived on the scene shortly after being dispatched. Waterloo assumed command, coordinating efforts as responders worked to stabilize the situation.


Extrication was required for at least one individual involved in the crash. Emergency personnel successfully removed the patient from the vehicle, and they were placed in the care of North Seneca Ambulance for medical evaluation and transport.
