The Fayette Historical Society will host its third annual Holiday Happening & Historic Christmas Ball on Saturday, December 28 from 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the Fayette Fire Hall. The festive fundraiser will feature food from Simply Homemade Catering, Civil War-era group dancing with a live caller, and family-friendly activities like crafting and tree decorating.
Guests are encouraged to dress in historical attire and can participate in a silent auction and raffle with prizes donated by local businesses. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for children aged 6–12, and free for kids under 5. Society members will receive a free raffle ticket with admission.
All proceeds will fund ongoing restoration projects, including the preservation of the Society’s historic 1846 building and the 200-year-old Stone Church.
