Bloomfield man charged with harassment after threatening calls

A Bloomfield man faces an aggravated harassment charge after allegedly making threatening phone calls to a Niagara Street address, police said.

Joseph E. Krossber IV, 44, was arrested on Dec. 11 at 8:56 p.m. following an investigation into calls made the previous day.

Authorities determined Krossber left voicemails threatening physical harm to the victim and their family.

Krossber was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
