Eastview and Greece Ridge malls have stopped providing free wheelchairs and scooters after closing their customer service centers in September.
A spokesperson cited liability and insurance challenges as the reason, noting most U.S. malls no longer offer this amenity. Shoppers are encouraged to bring their own mobility devices.
The spokesperson added that both malls remain ADA compliant.
