In the early hours of September 17, the Clyde-Galen Fire Department responded to a call reporting a vehicle crash into a house with possible entrapment. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered that a truck had crashed into the garage of a home, but the driver had already self-extricated.
Fire crews assisted with patient evacuation and monitored the structural integrity of the home. After the vehicle was removed by a tow truck, all units returned to service.
The scene involved assistance from NYSP, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, EMS teams, and NYSEG.
