Seneca County Sheriff Timothy Thompson announced the arrest of two Elmira residents following a drug investigation on August 23, 2024. Gage M. Hatch, 34, and Aislinn E. Doolittle, 24, were taken into custody by members of the Narcotics Unit at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Hatch faces three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, while Doolittle is charged with two counts of the same offense. Authorities allege that the pair were found in possession of heroin, Xanax pills, and a loaded hypodermic needle containing suspected heroin.
Both individuals were transported to the Seneca County Jail for processing and were subsequently released on appearance tickets. They are scheduled to appear in Ovid Town Court on September 17, 2024, to address the charges.
The investigation was conducted with the assistance of the New York State Police and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
