Seneca Falls Man Arrested for Destroying Electric Bicycle in Domestic Dispute

Seneca Falls police arrested a local man after he destroyed an electric bicycle that belonged to another person during a domestic incident on Monday.

On August 26 at approximately 9:30 a.m., the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 23-year-old David C. Bentley in connection with a domestic disturbance involving the destruction of property.


According to investigators, Bentley allegedly destroyed an electric bicycle belonging to the victim after discovering she was in a new relationship. He has been charged with one count of Criminal Mischief in the 3rd degree.

Bentley was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for arraignment, and an order of protection has been requested on behalf of the victim.
