An 11-year-old from Waterloo has been arrested for criminal mischief after allegedly causing significant damage to a door. The Waterloo Police Department reported the arrest on July 26, following an incident on June 7, when the juvenile is accused of kicking a door, resulting in $700 worth of damage.
Due to the age of the suspect, the name is being withheld. Authorities issued an appearance ticket to the juvenile, and the case will be addressed through the appropriate juvenile channels.
The young suspect is scheduled to appear at the Seneca County Probation Department at a later date.
