This move comes as the team continues to pursue a spot on the Formula One grid.
Thormann highlighted the global recognition of the Andretti brand, recounting how often people associate the name with racing legends Mario and Michael Andretti. “It represents hard work and pride,” he said, noting the enduring impact of Mario Andretti’s journey from humble beginnings.
Currently, Andretti Global is in the exploratory phase of this NASCAR expansion, as they assess the potential and logistics of entering the prestigious series.
