The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a local woman after a domestic incident on July 4.
Michelle L. Baker, 35, was taken into custody for hitting a family member multiple times in the face with her elbow, causing cuts. Baker faces charges of reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors, and assault in the second degree, a felony.
She was processed and taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where she will await arraignment.
