The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Walworth man early on June 30 following a domestic incident.
Kenneth Hillen, 54, was taken into custody at his West Walworth Road home. He faces charges of aggravated family offense, first-degree criminal contempt, and third-degree assault. Hillen is accused of striking the victim in the face despite an active stay-away order.
Hillen was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment.
