Canandaigua police arrested a 33-year-old after she was involved in a dispute with a teen.
Alesha Howe, 33, was arrested for harassment after threatening to kick a 14-year-old in the face.
The child was not injured in any associated incident, police said.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
