On May 20, 2024, deputies arrested 30-year-old Shaquille Clark of Rochester on an active bench warrant. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop on State Route 444 in Victor, where Clark was found driving with a suspended license. The warrant had been issued by Judge Holter of Victor Town Court for failure to appear on multiple traffic offenses.
Clark was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention. During the stop, he was also issued several uniform traffic tickets (UTTs) for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle without a front plate, failure to surrender a suspended NYS license, failure to update his driver’s license address, and possession of an open container inside the vehicle.
Clark is scheduled to return to Victor Town Court at a later date to address these charges.
